Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry, an American beauty pageant contestant, model, and actress who was crowned Miss USA in 1996, is an American actor. Her mother named her after model Ali MacGraw after she watched her movie 'Love Story' in 1970'. She's from French (Cajun) heritage and grew up in Cecilia, Louisiana, where she attended Cecilia High School. She was coach of the cheerleading team at high school, and was crowned 'Miss Louisiana Teen USA' at the age of seventeen. After that, she took home the 1996 Miss Louisiana USA' award and stepped into limelight after winning the 'Miss USA' title. In 1997 she made her acting debut as an actress in the show "Clueless". The show's popularity skyrocketed as she became "the Doritos Girl" by performing in the Doritos commercial telecast at the 1998 Super Bowl. Her debut came as an actress on film in the film Beautiful. The following few years she was in numerous of television and films. She has also been on a number of lists of 'the most wanted women.
